3rd Thursday of each Month
Held the 3rd Thursday of each month at 10:00 AM PT.
Monthly Deals Call
Every 3rd Thursday of the month at 10 AM PT via Zoom. Members submit deal flow prior to each call. Gabe leads a live review of curated opportunities — what looks good, what’s a red flag, and what to avoid.
Quarterly In-Person
The 3rd Thursday of March, June, September, and December. Members gather in-person for deal flow review, peer discussion, and connection.
Guest Speaker Events
Every 6 months, Titan 23 hosts a guest speaker event featuring high-level operators, investors, and industry leaders.
Annual Destination Summit
Once a year, all members convene at a destination event with a special guest speaker.
Deal Flow
Members gain access to a curated deal room — every opportunity is reviewed and filtered before it reaches the group. No cold pitches. No noise. Just vetted deal flow, reviewed through a shared analytical lens.
