How Chapters Work
Each chapter functions as a local extension of the broader council. Members gather periodically for in-person sessions, deal conversations, and peer connection — separate from the monthly all-group call but aligned with the same standards.
Chapter participation is by invitation and limited to active Titan 23 members in that market.
